Principal Solicitor Mark Northam has represented clients in complex immigration matters for over 14 years, specialising in refusals and cancellations, health waivers, character cancellation and detention cases, ART Tribunal appeals including section 501 character hearings, appeals to the courts and more. He also defends Registered Migration Agents in OMARA sanction matters before OMARA and the ART Tribunal.
In addition to his work as an experienced immigration lawyer, he has taught classes and presented seminars on advanced immigration topics to over 700 migration agents and immigration lawyers through his own training company, Migration Law Training.
