Immigration law is tough and unforgiving, and the stakes for clients could not be higher. We help turn confusion into clarity by establishing an action plan for each client and fighting hard for their future in Australia.

Mark’s practice centres on some of the most demanding work in the field, including Section 501 character cancellations, merits reviews before the Administrative Review Tribunal, and judicial review proceedings. These are areas that demand not only deep statutory knowledge but rigorous analytical precision and the ability to navigate a complex legal system to achieve strong results for clients.

Mark is founder of Migration Law Training, a professional training organisation that has delivered thousands of hours of professional CPD to migration agents and immigration lawyers and helps migration law students pass their entrance exams.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University, Graduate Diploma in Mediation from the College of Law, Professional Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Taxation) from the University of Houston (USA).
