Mark is founder of Migration Law Training, a professional training organisation that has delivered thousands of hours of professional CPD to migration agents and immigration lawyers and helps migration law students pass their entrance exams.<\/div>

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University, Graduate Diploma in Mediation from the College of Law, Professional Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Taxation) from the University of Houston (USA).\u00a0<\/div>

Mark is a member of the Law Society of NSW, the Law Council of Australia (Federal Litigation and Dispute Resolution Section), the City of Sydney Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
